Key Takeaways
- Look for films with tight runtimes under two hours to ensure the pacing never drags during exposition.
- Check the director's background because helmers transitioning from dramas often deliver stronger character stakes alongside the stunts.
- Prioritize practical stunt work over excessive CGI so the action sequences feel grounded and genuinely dangerous.
- Verify the runtime and pacing to guarantee the narrative balance leaves enough room for actual plot development between fight scenes.
- Pay attention to the ensemble cast chemistry since group dynamics often elevate standard chase sequences into memorable cinematic set pieces.
